ChillCharges does not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, user accounts, behavioral profiles, or personalized recommendations.
Your browser may share your approximate or precise location only after you grant location permission. The app uses it to center the map and request nearby Tesla Superchargers. We do not store a location history.
Your light/dark theme choice and whether you previously allowed startup location are stored only in your browser on your device so the app can remember those preferences. They are not transmitted or used for tracking. Your actual location is not stored in that preference.
Map tiles are provided by OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data. Address searches are sent by our Cloudflare Worker to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service only when you submit a search. Restaurant/place searches are sent by our Worker to Google Places only after you select a charger or change a nearby-place filter. Google Maps data is clearly identified in the interface. Opening a restaurant takes you to Google Maps and is then governed by Google's privacy terms.
Infrastructure providers may retain ordinary security/operational logs. We do not use those logs to profile users or sell data.
